I played a key role in defining and designing Youma Pro, the recruiter-facing platform for a Gen Z job site. I led workshops to shape the product strategy, created an integrated workflow to streamline job publishing, and introduced features like contextual rejection messaging and post-publication job ad views. I also conducted usability testing to validate our approach, and supported adoption through UX enhancements that respected existing recruiter habits while promoting richer, more engaging content creation.
